This Dussera experience the Big ‘O’ NairOnFire innovates with the DOssera festival

Known for its innovative food concepts, NairOnFire, the best home-style Kerala cuisine cloud kitchen chain, celebrates Dussera with a never-seen-before variety of Dosas on offer. Calling it the DOssera festival, NoF has put together some exciting and different Dosa combos which include over 10 veg & non-veg options in savoury and spicy flavours, topped by the sweetness of the innovative Sarkara Thenga Dosa.
 
The Dosa feast is a lovely and unique medley of flavours from different regions of Kerala and some of the must-try from the menu include - exquisitely crafted Sarkara Thenga Dosa…A signature special of chef Vinod G Nair. An outstanding mix of ghee-roasted jaggery & fresh coconut mix, spiced for divine pleasure.

Try the Adai Dosa (mixed lentils batter) served with traditional home-style Potato Avial, that is rarely found in restaurants.

Chef Sara Jacob Nair's signature Mushroom Thoran laced Dosa is her Malayalee take on the French crepe, only to be enhanced with a side of her spicy-tangy curry. Another unique preparation is the mashed Kappa and Pulichammanthi masala mix smeared on the Dosa.

Non-veg lovers, can go crazy with these drool-worthy numbers! The rustic Buff Pepper Roast Dosa, Chicken Thoran Dosa, Kerala Chilli Chicken Dosa, Prawn Masala Dosa.

The forever favourite Pazham Pori accompanying the Dosa, too gets a caramelised NoF twist as it gets pan-roasted in ghee for a melt-in-mouth heavenly experience.

Dosa is just too-good-for a mega session to celebrate a festive occasion, albeit Kerala style so get fancy with NoF’s stuffings and sauces!
