India is known for its diverse culinary culture and heritage. The meal experiences across cities, States and regions are unique and offer a wide array of tastes, textures and flavours. This Republic Day to bring to light this rich culinary journey of India, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, has curated a unique week long home delivery menu from January 24 to 30, 2022, through Marriott Bonvoy on Wheels.
The master chefs, each specialising in cuisines from different regions of the country along with their team of culinary experts have crafted four special meal boxes that showcasing the rich Indian regional delicacies and local specialties from North, South, East and West of India.
Guests can indulge in the diverse flavours from every corner of the country, crafted into delicacies that will leave you utterly satiated with dishes such as Lahori Nukad Ka Kukad, Yakhni Gucchi Pulao, Hing Dhaniya Ke Chatpate Aloo, Veg Haleem, Gosht Harees and Moradabadi Dal from the Northwest frontier.
The Konkan region has specialties such as Goan Prawn Curry served with Red Rice, Kaju Kothimbir Wadi, Carrot, Beet Root, Runner Beans Foogath Thalipith, Jawar Bhakari and Sol Kadi and much more.
The Eastern region signature recipes include Ghughni Chaat, Kosha Mangsho, Chingri Malai Curry, Cholar Dal, Khichuri Bhog and Dhakai Paratha.
For those looking to indulge in delicacies from the South can opt for Bisibele Bhaat, Chicken Piralan, Moong Dal Paniyaram and Vegetable Malabar Curry.
