HRAWI conducts FSSAI’s latest FoSTaC programme in Mumbai

The Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI conducted FSSAI’s latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC), on July 10 and 11, 2025, at the Hotel Le Grande, Mumbai International Airport. The training programmes were attended by 67 hospitality professionals, equipping them with critical insights into food safety protocols, sanitation practices and sustainable waste management strategies to elevate operational standards across the sector.

The sessions were conducted by Dr Pasupathy V, trainer, Parikshan; Manasi Parab - admin assistant - training & seminar, HRAWI; Anagh Nawathe - Acube service; Neha Ajit Salian - Hotel Orritel West and Ayushi Garodia - The Shalimar Hotel.
