Unilever Foodsolutions' (UFS) new launch Knorr Lime Seasoning Mix tastes as good as freshly squeezed lime. It is ideally suited for hotels, restaurants and caterers thus saving the drudgery of squeezing hundreds of limes.
Knorr Lime Seasoning Mix is a versatile product and can be used in any dish or beverage where lime is used. Its flexibility goes to an extent that it can be used to make the regular fresh lime soda/juice and it can also be used to season or add a sour note to a dish with the natural taste you ever wanted. It goes well with Indian, Western and Asian cuisine. It can also be used to make cocktails and coolers of your choice and yummy desserts like lemon tarts, lemon curd jelly
Knorr Lime Seasoning Mix is in a powder form and is easy to use. Just dissolve 3.5 g of the powder in 7 ml of cold water to get an equivalent of 1 freshly squeezed lime juice. Thus, no squeezing, straining and no more wastage.
The product is consistent in terms of taste, quality and a constant price throughout the year thus putting an end to seasonal worries.
Knorr Lime Seasoning Mix is available in a convenient 500 g pack and 1 pack makes juice equivalent to 143 lemons. It is easy to store under normal ambient conditions and has a shelf life of six months.
