Roseate House to conduct a selection of Hobby Chef Programmes

If cooking is your passion, then Roseate House New Delhi has got something exciting for you to explore this summer. The hotel has announced a selection of courses designed for enthusiastic learners who want to hone their cooking and baking skills. An array of weekend short-term courses will be conducted from May 6 under two programmes – the Pastry Hobby Chef Programme and the Culinary Hobby Chef Programme - by expert chefs of Roseate House.
 
The programme will be conducted by the hotel’s executive pastry chef Chef Anand Panwar. This programme has been designed to help you master the art of baking, from an in-depth knowledge of the basics to baking breads, cakes, chocolates and cookies. The specialised programme features an array of weekend short-term courses including ‘Basics of Baking and Bread Making’, ‘French Travel Cakes’, ‘Hand Rolled Chocolate and Bars’ and ‘Cookies and Cupcakes’. The duration of each course will be 20 hours and the fee for each course is Rs 20,000 plus taxes.
 
The programme has been designed to help you master the basics of cooking world cuisine. This special summer programme features an array of short weekend courses that will be taught by the Expert Chefs of Roseate House. The courses include ‘Classic Salads’, ‘Middle Eastern’, ‘Western Soups’, ‘Italian’ and ‘Kebab & Tikka’. The duration of each course will be 10 hours and the starting fee for each course is Rs 10,000 plus taxes.
