Aarthi & Singh bag Italian Technical Services for academic excellence

A R Aarthi and Abhimanyu Singh, students of CSIR-CFTRI (Central Food Technological Research Institute), Mysuru, bagged the Italian Technical Services award for excellence in their academic performance, presented by the All India Food Processors’ Association (AIFPA), at its 75th annual conference and award function, which took place in Bengaluru recently.
Arathi is currently pursuing the second year of her M Sc in Food Technology at CSIR-CFTRI. She bagged the silver medal presented by AIFPA. She was a gold medallist during her undergraduate programme (B Tech Food Technology).
Singh has completed his M Sc Food Technology from CSIR-CFTRI (2017-19 batch). He also bagged the Italian Technical Services award for excellence in academic performance, which carries a silver medal and a certificate, for his outstanding performance during the course for the year 2017. He is currently working as a brewer trainee in United Breweries Limited, Taloja, Mumbai.
