CCD to offer 2nd Crunchy Frappe free on ordering one & downloading app

fiogf49gjkf0d Café Coffee Day’s (CCD) and Line, one of the world’s leading mobile platforms, have tied up to offer young customers who download the Line application a second glass of Crunchy Frappe free with the order of one after downloading the app.
Crunchy Frappe, a mixture of Crunchy Oreo cookies in creamy chocolate, is available at all CCD outlets.
To avail the free beverage, one has to download the LINE app; log on to the Café Coffee Day official account, send a message to LINECCD to the CCD official account via the mobile platform.
Commenting on the tie-up, Damandeep Soni, head, business development, Line India, said, “Our plan is to quickly transform Line into a mobile life platform that allows users to easily go beyond messaging and experience dynamic features on the go.”
“With CCD, we are doing exactly that, and trying to tap more consumers in the wake of this festive season,” he added.
“We are committed to enhancing the café experience for consumers through exciting partnerships,” stated K Ramakrishnan, president, marketing, CCD.
“We are on a constant lookout for partnering with brands that would appeal to our young audience, and Line is a fantastic instant messaging app with some great features. This is sure to excite our young patrons,” he added.
CCD is a part of India's largest coffee conglomerate, Amalgamated Bean Coffee Trading Company Ltd (ABCTCL), and was the first to roll out the coffee bar concept in India with its first café in Bengaluru.
The chain serves the coffee it grows on the 7,400 acres of its own estates, plus another 2,500 acres of managed estates.
It also sources coffee from 11,000 small growers, making its holders the largest individual coffee plantation owners in Asia, in addition to being India’s only vertically-integrated coffee company.
Café Coffee Day’s menu ranges from signature hot and cold coffees to several exotic international coffees, food, desserts and pastries.
In addition, exciting merchandise, such as coffee powders, cookies, mugs and coffee filters, is available at the cafés.
Line offers free text and voice messaging, voice calling and group chat with upto 200 people, integrated with various interactive elements, such as Stickers, Timelines and Official Accounts.
Since its release in June 2011, the cross-platform mobile messenger has been releasing a series of add-on apps.
