FSSAI meet on standards decides on potable water, packaging

New National Water Policy likely by next year
The government will come up with a new National Water Policy by next year, almost 10 years after the adoption of the existing policy. This was disclosed by Salman Khurshid, minister of water resources, in New Delhi. The earlier policy was adopted in the year 2002.
