New India Electronics to launch Imperia kitchen equipments

will bring Imperia range of kitchen equipments from Italy which will be launched at the Aahar. These products available for the first time in India will include electric cheese grater, heavy-duty tomato puree machine available with meat mincer attachment and three models of pasta and noodle machines for shotels, restaurants, caterers, and professionals as well as for home use, which will be available in electric and manual version.
Established since 1948, The New India Electric & Trading Co manufactures heavy-duty pulveriser, mixer grinder, juicer, potato peeler, vegetable cutters, dhow kneader etc. under the brand name 'Lincon'. Describing the features of new products Prakash Vaswani, proprietor said, "Presto Cheese Grater is a stylish electric cheese grater that eliminates wastages and is available with two grater rollers. The body of the Presto Cheese is made of die cast aluminum, the inner frame is made of ABS, which insulates all the electrical components for increased safety and decreased noise level."
The company would launch a heavy-duty tomato puree machine called Tomato Testarossa, which has a capacity to strain up to 200 kg of tomatoes per hour. It is also available with meat mincer attachment for 20 kg/hr chopped meat. It has a stainless steel cone sifter with 0.4 hp motor. "It also eliminates sourness caused by crushing of the seeds," informed Vaswani.
The company will launch different range of pasta and noodle making machines with optional Macaroni and Ravioli attachments during the event. This range includes three different models namely Restaurant, Pasta Presto and Pasta-A-Fast which will be available in electric and manual version. Restaurant is all steel pasta machine which prepares a pasta sheet of 9 inches and maximum roller opening of 3/8 inches with capacity up to 12 Kg/hr. Pasta A Fast is a traditional pasta machine kneads and rolls a 150 mm strip in 6 different thickness. Pasta Presto is an elegant and easy to use machine with the non-stick coating guaranty produces fresh Italian style safe and clean pasta. It can produce variety of pasta just by changing the thickness-setting knob.
The company will give live demonstration of these equipments at the event so that the actual users can get idea of the technique and ease of operations. The company is also planning to introduce more kitchen equipments, which will include a wide range of meat slicers and equipments for all tabletop cooking, informed Vaswani. The company is participating in the event for the first time, to create awareness about availability of such products in India. With the current capacity of 50 pieces every month, the company shifted to import, in order to cope up with the increasing demand for kitchen equipments in the country. The company serves to the well known five star and multinational hotels and restaurants.
