NairOnFryer opens first corner store in Bandra; open for franchise

Mumbai has now on offer authentic Kerala street food in Thattukada style at NairOnFryer, the first corner store that opened in June in the heart of Bandra. It is an initiative of NairOnFire, the famed premium delivery kitchen chain brand offering authentic home-style Kerala cuisine. The brand is looking at offering franchise in the metro in the near future.

With the new launch, it celebrated as the best home-style Kerala cuisine brand, after 2 years and 3 premium delivery kitchens in Mumbai, now eyes expansion – not just of operations but the repertoire of Kerala cuisine this city gets to experience.

After creating a niche for insanely delicious home-style dishes and local concepts that are direct imports from Kerala, NoF launches the first QSR format store specialising in the authentic fast-food from God’s own country.

The best of local & street-style flavours are being captured by the brand, retaining the home-style essence through the quality of ingredients and nostalgic flavours that any Malayalee will vouch for.

Serving lunch with deadly meal combos’ menu, the corner store will be open well past midnight catering to hunger cravings with Simbly Ummazing Kerala Fried Chicken, Pepper Prawns Fry, Tangy n Spicy Fish Fry, Medu Vada, Parippu Vada, Potato Redefined in Kerala Fried Aloo, yummy Non-Veg Toasties & Dosas, the new shake in town – Kulukki Mango Sharbat & Spiced Buttermilk.

The drool-worthy Kerala Fried Chicken inspired by the local Kadas/stalls of Trivandrum is the super-star dish of the corner store where you can drop-in or order-in. A street-staple and an unparalleled classic, the Chicken Fry will be offered in various meal combos, catering to the solo eater as well as the party crawler. The service could take you back to your road-travels through the arterial roads of Kerala.

The flagship brand has been most loved by its community for constantly introducing new concepts, innovative recipes, and interesting food trends from Kerala. The introduction is a part of the founding trio’s (chef Sara Jacob Nair, Toral Sanghavi & chef Vinod G Nair) vision of owning Kerala cuisine in the country and becoming the singular choice for this food.

While it will continue to offer a large choice of dishes and premium & personalised service, it offers a fantastic opportunity to experience the ‘fire’ of hot, sizzling, straight-from-the-pan dishes, cradled in rustic flavours that can only be found in the bylanes of Kerala.
