ed export house, is one of the oldest meat exporters from North India. The company is retail marketing its products under the brand name Meatzza through its own retail stores in New Delhi/Delhi and Mumbai, and also through distribution network in all major cities of India.
As a forward integration project, the company has set up a state-of-the-art hygienic meat-processing plant at Gurgaon, near IGI Airport with latest German & Swiss Machinery using modern European technology, which is HACCP & ISO-9001:2000 certified. Most ingredients used in the products are imported from amongst the world's best, while the meats are procured from quality Indian plants after thorough sensory & microbiological checks.
The plant serves as a centralised production unit for major chains of Five Star hotels, in-flight caterings, pizza companies, fast foods etc. for their delicatessens since its inception in 1996.
Meatzza has been in production for over five years now, and already has trust of over 50 fine institutions of Delhi itself whereby most have entrusted tender supplies with us for five years. The list of satisfied customers is ever increasing. To name a few Darshan serves customers like Pizza Hut, Pizza Corner, Dominos, Taj, ITC, Hyatt, Ambassador, ITDC etc.
The company has introduced products like skinless sausages, pepperoni, German salami, sausages in edible collagen casings, tandoori nuggets, hot & spicy nuggets, kiddy nuggets (in children fun shapes), lemon pepper breaded burger patty, black forest ham, chicken ham roll, imported French turkey etc. Strict health & hygiene tests are maintained during all processes, starting from receiving of meats & ingredients to processing, packaging & storage of materials.
Darshan is the manufacturer/supplier for all meat products in the delicatessen, Indian & nugget/burger items. All our products are vacuum packed (except breaded products) to maintain hygiene and provide long shelf life to the products. Darshan is making its products in chicken, pork and mutton and can be bought chilled and frozen.
Additionally, the company is fully equipped to understand customer specific needs and provide solution to food service establishments. Many of the products are available in canned tins as well.
