The commerce ministry held the first stakeholders’ meet on the new Agri Export Policy in a hush-hush manner, held here on Tuesday. There were deliberations on the policy at the meet, and Suresh Prabhu, commerce and industry minister, urged the state governments to set up nodal agencies dedicated to the implementation of the policy, according to an official statement by the ministry.
