The Indian Culinary Forum instituted the Annual Chef Awards to recognise and honour the efforts and achievements of chefs. This year, the event will complete 16 years, and the milestone will be celebrated at the Le Meridien, New Delhi, on October 21 (which is International Chefs’ Day).
