Tea prices rising continuously; both production and consumption increase

Early forecasts for 2012 indicate continuing firm prices for tea, which averaged $2.85 per kg in 2011, according to the UN's Food and Agricultural Organisation's (FAO) Intergovernmental Group on Tea.
