Guidelines to address e-commerce-related grievances of retailers soon: DIPP

The Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion (DIPP) on Thursday said that it was working on guidelines to address the issue of ongoing tug of war between e-commerce retailers and their counterparts in brick and mortar, clarifying that e-commerce retailers are hardly on government radar.
