The foundation stone for a new 5,000-metric tonne temperature-controlled cold storage facility for perishables was laid in Dambulla by Harsha de Silva, Sri Lanka’s minister of economic reform and public distribution and Shilpak N Ambule, deputy high commissioner of India.
