The dairy sector will soon be able to participate in international carbon credit markets, thanks to the Smallholder dairy methodology, which has been developed by the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) in partnership with the International Livestock Research Institute, the State Department of Livestock in Kenya, Unique Forestry and Land Use, and Climate Check Corporation.
