HRAWI marks major milestone with 101st FoSTaC training session in Khandala

The Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI conducted FSSAI’s latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC), on July 29, 2025, at The Dukes Retreat in Khandala. Marking a significant milestone, the session was the 101st FoSTaC training organised by the association and was attended by 36 hospitality professionals.
Designed to enhance operational standards across the sector, the programme provided participants with vital knowledge on food safety protocols, sanitation practices and sustainable waste management. The training was conducted by Dr V Pasupathy, trainer from Parikshan.
The programmes aim to empower hospitality stakeholders with actionable knowledge and skills to maintain compliance with national safety regulations and global best practices.
