For the rest of the week, the expert team at Aer takes this opportunity to showcase to the world the best way to enjoy the Aer gin, with its ‘Perfect Serves’— a series of cocktails and serves which best enhance the botanicals and flavour profile of the ‘Spirit of the City by the Sea’. Discover vibrant options like the Grapefruit Copa and the refreshing Spritz or indulge in the rich complexity of the Negroni and the exotic notes of the Gimlet.
