FSS Regulations 2011: Incapable of indicating unsafe food
The Food Safety and Standards Regulations (FSSR) 2011, Packaging & Labelling, has been notified by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on August 1, 2011. On August 5, 2011, the Food Safety and Standards Rules, which were notified on May 5, 2011, in the Gazette of India vide GSR 362 (E), came into force.
