Mother Dairy ranked 39th among Top 100 Best Companies in India to Work

fiogf49gjkf0d Mother Dairy, established under the ‘Operation Flood’ programme and a wholly-owned subsidiary of National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), has been ranked 39th amongst the Top 100 Best Companies in India to Work for in a study conducted by Great Place To Work Institute in association with a leading daily. The company has also been listed 2nd Best in FMCG industry. The study saw participation from 700 companies across all categories and areas of operations.
Speaking about the recognition, S Nagarajan, MD, Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd, said, “It’s a special honour for the entire team to have been recognised amongst India’s Top 100 Best Companies to Work, for second consecutive year with a significant jump in the tally. At Mother Dairy, we have always strived towards creating a workplace where each one of us is excited to enrich from learning and overall development. The company has made significant move in the overall rankings from 62 in 2014 to 39 in 2015. This upward move also saw a huge jump in the trust index over the past few years, growing from 70% to 83% in the latest ranking. Further, there has been a considerable improvement in the ratings of HR systems.

The survey saw participation from more than 700 companies from across the sectors under various categories wherein Mother Dairy was the only brand from the dairy sector to make it to the list of Top 100.
