Sofitel Mumbai BKC’s Tuskers has launched South Indian Breakfast, a spread of south Indian breakfast specialties, which will be offered every weekend, starting from Saturday.

Priced at Rs 711, the breakfast menu will comprise dosas, vadas, paniyaram, sevai coconut upma, pachor, kozhukkatta, unniyappam, kariveppila vada and many other dishes from Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

With live cooking stations from the states, the hotel will whip up innovative dosas made with beetroot, ragi, oats and carrots and serve chutney accompaniments to suit every palate including the sweet & savoury (mango, pudina, venkayam chutney, and inji chutney). The innovations are by chef E Munichandrudu.

Executive chef Indrajit Saha states, “Weekend breakfasts are becoming a highlight in the city as Mumbaikars seek new breakfast options for a gastronomic gathering. Being a trendsetter itself, Sofitel Mumbai BKC has curated the South Indian Breakfast with our chef Munichandrudu, offering exclusive delicacies.”
