According to a press release issued by the company recently, the new menu, a combination of light & fresh delights that are cooling and refreshing, is focussed on seasonal vegetables and fruits like watermelon, cucumber, mint, melons, cherry tomatoes, lemons, nuts, and mangoes.
The approximate price for two for the new menu is Rs 1,200. The offer is available at both Mumbai and Bengaluru outlets.
The new menu includes delicacies such as Watermelon Gazpacho Shots; Chilled Melon and Fresh Alphonso with Pistachio Soup; Sweet Potato & Coconut Soup; Melon & Mango Bouquet; Mango & Crab or Calamari with Cilantro Aioli; The Pesto, Potato & Mango Medley; Melon, Pomegranate & Spinach – Option with Chicken / Prawns / Fish; Watermelon Pizza; Zucchini Crisps; Cucumber Bruchetta; Mint Pestle Cottage Cheese Morsel; Crispy Chicken with Asparagus & Tomatoes; Pina Colada Chicken; Raviolo in Orange Paprika Butter Sauce; Tagliatelle Genovese; Summer Spaghetti; Pomegranate & Chicken Stew; Apricot Glazed Hen; Salmon al Cartoccio; Chocolate Marshmallow Ravioli; Strawberry Ravioli; and Fresh Cream & Mangoes.
