Sofitel Mumbai BKC offers specially crafted menu to celebrate Baisakhi

fiogf49gjkf0d To mark the occasion of Baisakhi on April 14, 2015, Jyran at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, has lined up specially crafted menu by Master Chef Season 2 contestant Jyoti Arora. The fare will be made available from March 27, 2015, till the day of the festival.
The menu is likely to include offerings such as tandoori chicken, jhinga patiala, mutton shammi kabab, bharwan aaloo tandoori, keema kaleji, butter chicken, chole & kulcha, makai ki roti, baingan ka bhartha, and aatte ka halwa. That apart, dance performances such as Bhangra and Gidda, presented by traditional dance troupes, will be part of the celebrations.
