Barbeque Nation launches Kulfi Nation and offers range of 800 flavours

fiogf49gjkf0d Casual dining chain Barbeque Nation launched Kulfi Nation at its outlets. The chain would offer a range of 800 flavours and toppings, including paan kulfi with gulkand and cardamom powder and fig kulfi with caramel and praline toppings with nutmeg powder. Its range of thick dip sauces includes caramel, white and dark chocolate.
It would offer such toppings as RoohAfza, honey, mango and kiwi fruit crushes; such sprinkles as choco chips, pralines, silver balls and dried fruit, and flavourings such as nutmeg, cardamom and cinnamon.
Uday Menon, chief business officer, Barbeque Nation, said Kulfi Nation was a concept within a concept. “For kulfi lovers, there is a spread of flavours, which our chefs have created after careful research. We hope Kulfi Nation become as big a reason as the barbeques to come to Barbeque Nation,” he added.
Vijay Bakshi, head, culinary operations, Barbeque Nation, said, “The constant innovations help us set a benchmark. Through Kulfi Nation, we have made an effort to preserve the original taste of kulfi, and simultaneously innovate with toppings, syrups and crushes.”
