fiogf49gjkf0d With the advent of the new month, The Lalit Mumbai - Gourmet Express has launched “Only Fish,” a 10-day festival, which will offer the seafood prepared in various styles from across the country at its 24/7 Restaurant. The Lalit Mumbai is located close to the city’s airport and popular with both business and leisure travellers.
As part of the festival, chef Abhishek will present delicacies such as Tandoori Pomfret, Applewood Smoked Salmon, Pan fried Sea Bass and Prawn Cocktail; main course - Pasta Marinara, Goan Fish Curry, Chepala Pulusu, Seafood Paella and Fried Combination Basket. Each dish will be served either with steamed rice or Indian bread.
