Best Foods gets ICF accreditation; quality, length of grain, aroma key

fiogf49gjkf0d Best Foods, a leading basmati rice company in the country, has got the accreditation from Indian Culinary Forum (ICF), an association of professional chefs. The accreditation was announced on Wednesday on the occasion of 11th Annual Chef Awards marking International Chef Day.
With this, the packaging of Best Foods will bear the newly released logo of accreditation by ICF. ICF accredited Best Foods as the most trusted brand after testing it on a host of parameters such as quality, length of grain, aroma and packaging.
Dr Aayushman Gupta, CEO, Best Foods Ltd, remarked, “We aim to establish ourselves as thought leaders in the industry with a strong consumer connect through tactical initiatives.”
He added that Best Foods was targeting all sorts of consumers including that of HORECA (hotels, restaurants, cafes) besides direct selling chains. This partnership with ICF is the step in the direction to touch upon the lives of the consumers through various products.
On the occasion, chef Devendra Kumar, president, ICF, stated that Best Foods excelled in every aspect and after an intensive research and experiment with Best Foods rice, ICF has recognised the rice after it fit in all dishes from basic to exotic.
