With brunch, Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre marks Chef’s Day 2014

Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre commemorated International Chef’s Day 2014 by organising a brunch, at which the role they play in society was recognised and culinary masters were honoured.

They created a number of dishes, including soups, salads, grills, pasta and desserts. The buffet, which took place at The Square, featured the cuisines of 20 countries, 50 desserts from across the globe, and a special kids’ buffet.

Chef Rama Rao undertook a carving session for his fellow chefs and the guests present. The event culminated with executive chef Muthu Kumar and his team participating in the chefs’ parade.
