Mondelez launches luxury chocolate gifting brand Cadbury Glow in India

fiogf49gjkf0d Mondelez India Foods Limited announced the launch of Cadbury Glow, a global luxury chocolate gift offering, in India. This combination of chocolate pralines with chocolate fillings is one of the brands in its parent company’s portfolio.
The chocolate pralines are crafted in Europe. The Cadbury Glow chocolate gift boxes are available across metros in pack sizes of 16 pieces (160g) for Rs 400 and 24 pieces (240g) for Rs 600.
“India is the first country to launch Cadbury Glow, which would be our luxury gifting brand globally,” said Siddhartha Mukherjee, director, chocolate category and media, Mondelez India Foods Limited.
“Gifting is an integral part of Indian culture and festivals, and we are confident that consumers across the country would be excited about our year-round luxury gifting brand,” he added.
“We hope consumers can recreate the joy associated with gifting as they create delicious glow moments for their loved ones. Globally, chocolates are extremely popular for gifting and while the trend does exist in India, we still have a long way to go,” Mukherjee stated.
Mondelez India operates in four categories - chocolate confectionery, beverages, biscuits and gum and candy. Some of the key brands as Cadbury Dairy Milk, Bournvita, 5 Star, Perk, Bournville, Celebrations, Halls, Choclairs, Tang and Oreo.
