A variety of dosas will be available at the Dosa Festival being organised at Promenade, the multicuisine restaurant, at Aditya Park, Hyderabad, from November 23 - December 2, 2012.
In a press release issued on Wednesday, the hotel announced some 25 new veg and non-veg varieties of dosas. Some of them being pesarattu, made with green moong dal, rawa dosa, made with bombay rawa, salsa dosa, dosa stuffed with vegetable cooked in salsa sauce, ragi dosa, goduma dosa, cheese dosa and paneer dosa.
For kids, the restaurant has on offer chocolate dosa, pineapple dosa and banana dosa. For non-vegetarians, the offerings include egg dosa, stuffed with eggs tossed in crushed pepper; chicken dosa, stuffed with chicken cooked dry in chettinad style; mutton dosa, stuffed with mutton cooked in gongura; and prawns dosa, stuffed with prawns mince cooked in spicy masala. The dosas will be served with sambar, ginger chutney, mint chutney, sweet coconut chutney and spicy podies.
