Vinsura Vineyards has launched a wine “Collection De Platine Reserve” from its own vineyards. It’s an exclusive family of reserved wines which are matured in French oak barrels.
The Nashik-based company has introduced three flavours in Collection De Platine Reserve; they are Platine Cabernet Sauvignon, Platine Shiraz Reserva and Platine Rose Sparkling Brut. Each flavour has a different taste, and a speciality like platine cabernet sauvignon wine presents a ripe fruity aroma with slight hint of woods and spices, whereas the platine shiraz reserva gives a dominant French oak flavour with fruity aroma of berries and cherries and the platine rose sparkling brut gives fresh fruits and lemony flavours. The price ranges as per the flavour; from Rs 1,207 to Rs 1,680 for a 750ml bottle.
Vinsura Vineyards was started in the year 2002. It is a brand product of Sankalp Wineries. The company has been in the forefront of Indian wine revolution. With 250 acres verdant vineyards spread across the Vinchur, the winery has the capacity of producing 600,000 litres of wine per year. Innovation and technical upgradation using extraordinary human skills and viticulture practices has been the hallmark of Vinsura brand.
The Vinsura Company has come a long way in setting new benchmarks in the wine industry.
