Three-day Onam Sadhya workshop at Jars & Journeys to kick off on Aug 21

Preetha Srinivasan will host a three-day Onam Sadhya workshop between 2pm and 6pm from August 21 to 23, 2019.

It will comprise an array of traditional vegetarian dishes served on banana leaves. These include olan, kootu curry and upperi.

The workshop is divided into three parts - the first day, the attendees will learn some curries and gravies.

The second day will consist of vegetables and rice. And the last day, you will be taught side accompaniments.

The workshop fee is Rs 6,000 for three days (all materials included). Limited seats are available.
