The Orchid’s Mostly Grills to host Lazeez-e-Kebab festival till Feb 21

The Lazeez-e-Kebab festival, which will commence at Mostly Grills, the rooftop restaurant at The Orchid Mumbai on February 16, 2019, will conclude on February 21. It will commence at 7pm each day and conclude at midnight.
The kebab preparations and Mughlai main courses will be prepared under the supervision of chef Shadab Khan.Guests can select from choices of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes prepared and grilled to their preference.
The entréesinclude Meve Mave Ki Khaas Seekh, Kakori Kebabs, Mughlai Shikampur, Tatari Champ, Sheermal, Baqarkhani, Khamiri Roti, Mughalai Paratha and Awadhi Gosht Biryani Karahi Shurkh Gosht, Mahi-Dum-Kaliyan, Hyderabadi Degi Gosht, Methi Murgh, Begmati Do Pyaza, Shahi Nihari, Makhmali Paneer, Achari Kofta Curry, Soya Palak-Ki-Saag, Dum Aloo Kashmiri, Phoolon-Ki-Subzi and Khumb Shahi Korma, to name a few.
On the platter will be meat options from chicken, fish, lamb and prawns all marinated in rich spices and authentic seasonings. The starters include Bhatti-Ka-Jhinga, Jaitooni Mahi Tikka, Sunehri Tandoori Pomfret, Galawati Kebab, Murg Angaare, Gosht Gilafi Seekh, Siyamirch-Ka-Murg, Zafrani Paneer Tikka, Dahi Ke kebab, Tandoori Bharwan Aloo, Subz Ki Sheekh, Sarson-Ke-Phool, Rajme Ki Tikki, among others.
