The Great Wall at The Leela Mumbai to introduce Chinese New Year menu

The Great Wall, at the Leela Mumbai, will usher in the Chinese New Year with a new menu that will be on offer between February 5 and 15, 2019. It will be available for lunch (between 12:30pm and 3pm) and dinner (between 7pm and midnight).
It will include a range of handcrafted dumplings like Scallop and Shrimp, Lobster Truffle, Lamb and Lemongrass or Shanghai Pan Fried Chicken Dumpling, in addition to the Chef’s Special Pan Fried Barbeque Pork Buns.
Vegetarians can opt for Truffle and Edamame, Spinach and Corn, Spicy Vegetable, Asparagus and Water Chestnut or Shanghai Pan Fried Vegetable Dumplings.
The main course comprises Sweet and Sour Pork, Mixed vegetables and vermicelli with preserved bean sauce in clay pot, Wok Fried Sliced Lamb in Oyster Sauce, Sautéed sliced Pork with Sichuan Vegetables, Cantonese Style Sautéed Broccoli and Mushrooms, Stir Fried Prawns in Sambal Sauce, Wok Fried Eggplant and Tofu in Black Bean Sauce and Braised Pomfret with Tofu and Bamboo Shoots.
The meal can be paired with classic creations like Singapore Rice Noodles with Chicken/Vegetables, Yang Chow Fried Rice with Pork and Prawns, Fukien Fried Rice with Crab Meat and Prawns, Prawn and Asparagus Fried Rice or Egg/Vegetable Fried Rice.
Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in Green Tea Ice Cream, Lemongrass Sorbet with Marinated Strawberries, The Petit Four Platter and Lychee with Almond Jelly.
