Novotel Goa Hotels & Resorts appoints Kamat as learning & devpt manager

 Bhagyashree Kamat has been appointed as learning and development (L&D) manager at Novotel Goa Resorts and Spa and Novotel Goa Shrem Hotel.
She has over eight years of hospitality experience, and worked with Grand Hyatt Goa prior to joining AccorHotels. Her last assignment was at Novotel Pune Nagar Road.
Kamat will focus to discreetly align the L&D activities with strategic organisational direction at both the Novotel properties in Goa.
 Saini rejoins Novotel Goa Hotels and Resorts, appointed executive chef
Novotel Goa Resorts and Spa has appointed Jasbir Saini as the new executive chef.
Saini, who has over 17 years of culinary experience, left the property’s pre-opening team in 2015 to join Fairmont the Palm, Dubai, which is now a part of AccorHotels. His last appointment was with Courtyard Marriott Mumbai.
He brings with him an extensive array of expertise and a deep understanding of the unique and modern aspects in the F&B industry, which is critical to his role.
With a passion for molecular gastronomy and a flair for Indian as well as international cuisine, Saini possesses a strong intellect when it comes to innovative cooking techniques and management experience. He is also passionate about football and photography.
