Leela Mumbai’s Jamavar to introduce special Onam menu from Sept 11-13

Jamavar, the Indian restaurant at The Leela Mumbai, will introduce a special Onam menu, which will be on offer between 7pm and midnight from September 11 to 13, 2019.
One can either opt for the traditional Onam Sadya (which is a set menu), or choose from the array of dishes, which begins with Kozhi Rasam or Pineapple Rasam.
The appetisers include Meen Porichathu, Karuvepilla Prawn, Erachi Vada, Chicken Arikaduka, Spicy Kara Appam, Vazhakumbu Cutlet, Cauliflower Cheriyaulli Roast and Kerala Vegetable Samosa.
The main course will feature a variety of traditional dishes like Kannur Fish Curry, Malabar Mutton Curry, Kozhi Mallimelagu Curry, Travancore Prawn Curry, Muringaka Ulli Theeyal, Red Pumpkin Erusseri, Sambhar, Kalan, Koottu Curry and Mix Vegetable Thoran.
The meal also includes Avial and Elavan Pachadi, which will serve as accompaniments to Chamba Rice, Appam and Malabar Parotha.
Other accompaniments include Inji Pulli, Narangya Achar, Chamandi, Papadum, Cut Chips and Sharkara Varatty.
Patrons can conclude their meals with such desserts as Parippu Prathaman and Pal Payasam.
