The Leela Mumbai is currently offering a signature menu curated byMatteo Fontana, corporate chef, Le Cirque Signature. Comprising modern Franco-Italian cuisine, it will be on offer from 6:30pm to midnight between March 13 and 21, 2019.

The meal comprises antipasti like Beetroot Cured Scottish Salmon Fillet served with Chilled Asparagus; Wild Mushroom Consommé with Raviolini and Fresh Truffle; Pan-seared Wild Scallops with Puy Lentils Cassoulet; Tartar of Creamy Buffalo Burrata with Figs Carpaccio and Le Cirque Vegetable Garden with Truffle Dressing.

The main course options like Textures of Eggplant, Grilled New Zealand Lamb Loin and Chop with Smoked French Butter, Organic Quinoa and Caponata, Wood Fired French Baby Chicken, Pan-seared Female Duck Breast, Paupiette of Chilean Sea Bass and Orange, Caper and Olive-crusted Pomfret Fish.

The Chef’s Special will include Chicken Liver Pâté with Black Truffle and Cognac. Themenu will also feature a medley of pasta and risottos like Ravioli Stuffed with Barolo Braised Duck Leg, Red Beetroot and Burrata Risotto, Hand-Cut Black Truffle Fettuccine in Black Truffle Sauce, Fresh Scallops and Lime Risotto Cooked in Lobster Bisque, Alaskan King Crabs Linguine, Pumpkin and Smoked Scamorza Barley Risotto.

Patrons can also end their meals with Le Cirque desserts. They can also opt for theset menus.
