In a much-needed development, Feastly, India’s first and fastest-growing B2B foodservice start-up, is actively driving the transition of our country’s unorganised foodservice sector into an organised one. Established in 2017, the vision of the start-up is to help companies build a better workplace through food. Providing healthy meal solutions for employees of several Fortune 500 companies on a daily basis, it has served more than 3 million meals so far.

Dishing out over 10,000 meals each day, the start-up also served more than 5 lakh meals during the Covid-19 lockdown itself. Brainchild of Sarthak Gahlaut, the company is on a mission to revolutionise the foodservice industry and helps companies build a better workplace by providing healthy nutritious meals to their employees.

In the last fiscal year, the start-up clocked in a whopping 7 times revenue growth. Gradually, ramping up its business presence, the start-up has expanded 5 times geographically. It is currently serving in the states of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Gujarat and Rajasthan along with metropolitan city of Delhi-NCR.

The start-up has further on-boarded 5 new clients this year, amidst the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.  It has amassed more than 25 clients, providing services in sectors such as corporate, education and industry. Some of its served clientele includes Samsung, Paytm, HCL, Uber, Airtel, Nokia, Idea, Havells and IRCTC alongside many others.

Sarthak Gahlaut, founder and CEO of Feastly, said, “India’s foodservice industry is rapidly growing and will touch the Rs 6 trillion mark by 2023. However, the sector comprises 86 per cent of unorganised players that cater without adequate food safety standards. Our aim at Feastly is to streamline this section with world-class food services. We are happy to have buoyed with healthy revenue growth and positive market traction with new clients coming on board. Our catering kitchen teams pride themselves on designing bespoke, innovative and healthy menus with a focus on delivering an excellent experience for all of our guests.”

Having the largest modular commercial kitchen located in Delhi-NCR, the start-up aims to provide healthy and high-quality nutritious meals to its clients. Its offerings are curated to meet the unique culinary needs of each client across all sectors.
