This Sunday, Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences, is organising a 'Pre Chinese New Year' Brunch, wherein one can revel in exotic Asian preparations by the culinary experts of the hotel.
According to a press release issued by the hotel recently, the Asian culture has a lot to offer; right from art, to language, to architecture, and not to forget the Asian cuisine. The culture is diverse and unique in its own way, and when it comes to the Asian cuisine, its simplicity yet robust flavours is what makes it a favourite among many.
This Sunday, before the hotel commences the Chinese New Year later this month, the team welcomes patrons for Pre Chinese New Year celebrations where one can relish some of the finest preparations of this widely popular cuisine. Right from appetisers, to live stations, mains, and sumptuous desserts, the brunch is going to have a myriad of flavours.
The timing will be 12.30 pm to 4 pm and the cost Rs 1,695 onwards.
Chef Liang's Ode to Asia at ITC Maratha
With the Chinese New year around the corner, master chef Liang Xiao Qing infuses the elements of Asian cuisine onto the platter. One can join him on a sojourn through the regions of Asia, over a limited edition showcase menu experience.
The restaurant hosting the meal will be Pan Asian at ITC Maratha from January 17 to 31, 2020. The lunch timing will be 12 pm to 2.45 pm and dinner will be 7 pm to 11.45 pm. The pricing will be A la Carte.
