As we commence our journey in the midst of June, with the monsoon, and Father’s Day; here’s the time one can step up and give their father a shift towards health. To make it easy, the healthy cloud kitchen - Nutridock, has opened its doors in Mumbai.
The extremely healthy meals are a match for everyone and the crew is enthusiastic to pass on knowledge about the importance of good nutrition. The meals are designed by chef Rakesh Talwar, who breathes into the words of their in-house nutritionist.
Food that goes under so much study, all curated by a celebrity chef for the wellbeing of the consumers and, is nutritious; doesn’t it sound like a good catch? And while one’s at it, the menu keeps changing every 3 months, hence a variety of dishes available at one’s doorsteps.
Their dishes are categorised into - Rice Bowls, Salads, Wraps, Sandwiches, Smoothies, Juices, and desserts. Each dish has its nutrition value, and ingredients mentioned to keep a transparent relationship between the consumers and their food.
