Grand Hyatt to celebrate Navratri with all-India cuisine brunch on Oct 14

The lobby of Grand Hyatt Mumbai is the venue for its Navratri brunch, which is slated to take place between 12.30pm and 4pm on October 14, 2018. It will be priced at Rs 3,499 (all inclusive) for food and soft beverages and Rs 4,499 (all inclusive) for food and alcohol.

The menu will comprise savouries and sweets from all over India. The main course includes Subz anjeer ki seekh, Mahi pudina tikka, Dhokla, Patra (steamed clocassia leaves), Sabudana ki Tikki, Kachhe kele ki subzi and Kurkuri bhindi.

The desserts include Lauki ka halwa, Makhane ki kheer and rasmalai. The cocktails are inspired by the flavours and ingredients of this festival, which have been crafted by Agnieszka Rozenska.
