Grand Hyatt Mumbai to celebrate 15 years of operation with Grand Brunch

The Grand Hyatt Mumbai, in view of its 15th year of operation in 2019, is organising a special themed Grand Brunch on Sunday, January 13, 2019.

Set across the hotel lobby, the brunch will celebrate the 15-year journey and offer an array of food and beverage from all signature restaurants. In addition to the culinary delights, there will be a festive musical band and an engaging fun zone for the little ones.

To go with the occasion, the team of chefs have curated a menu comprising appetisers like quinoa tabbouleh, lentil agrodolci, truffle tuna tartar and lamb mini mussaka. A selection of pasta and risotto from chef Alessandro’s kitchen along with a variety of sauces at the live station, while sipping on cocktails curated by bar specialist Agnieszka Rozenska will also be on offer.

Further, Indian kitchen specialties like jhinga mirch masala, dal panchporan and tomato pudina chilgoje ki pulao will feature the menu. The brunch will have options like having a healthy salad creatively ‘Shaken Not Stirred,’ a grand barbeque which can be enjoyed at the alfresco venue, authentic Chinese food curated by chef Li and a range of sweet surprises from Gourmet Store.

The price will be Rs 3,499 all-inclusive per person for food and soft beverages and Rs 4,499 all-inclusive per person for food and alcohol. The timing will be 12.30 pm to 4 pm.
