The hotel is enthusiastically making arrangements to give its guests and patrons the experience by curating a lavish bhuribhoj, to celebrate the new year in style.

The specially crafted menu of the brunch will have an array of delicacies to choose from. Some of the melt-in-the mouth watering appetizers include, ‘Mochar Chop’, ‘Fish Finger’, ‘Phulko Luchi’, ‘ Narkel Diye Cholar Dal’, ‘Dhokar Dalna’, ‘Shukto’, ‘Basanti Pulao’, ‘Golbari Style Kosha Mangsho’, ‘Dal Makhni’, ‘Punjabi Aloo Gobi’. The decadent dessert section will comprise of ‘Rosogollar Payesh’, ‘Bhapa Mango Sandesh’, ‘Kesar Malpua with Rabri’, ‘Gur Ka Halwa’, ‘Orange Chilli Chocolate Mousse’ and a few more.

On the other hand, the dinner will have an array of delicacies to satiate your taste buds. The soup section will showcase ‘Chicken Kali Mirch Shorba’, ‘Cream of Tomato Soup.’ The appetizers will include ‘Pyaz Posto Bara’, and ‘Fish Fry’. The scrumptious main course items are ‘Radha Ballabhi’, ‘Aloo Dum’, ‘Potoler Dorma’, ‘Chanar Dalna’, ‘Bhetki Paturi’, ‘Dhaniya Kanchalanka Murgi’, ‘Patiala Shahi Handi Mutton’, ‘Patiala Shahi Handi Paneer’, ‘Wagah Border Chicken Biryani’, ‘Steamed Gobindo Bhog Rice’, ‘Aam Satto Chutney’, ‘Pudina Chutney’.
