Fabelle hosting Société de Chocolat masterclasses for kids at ITC hotels

Fabelle Exquisite Chocolates is hosting its signature Société de Chocolat series of specially-curated chocolate making masterclasses for kids over five years of age this summer at The Chocolate Boutiques at select ITC hotels across India.
The Fabelle Société de Chocolat is an exclusive chocolate-making programme, conducted under the guidance of Fabelle master chocolatiers at select ITC hotels, who are experienced experts in creating one-of-a-kind chocolate creations.
For a fee of Rs 1,575 per participant (inclusive of all taxes), children can evoke the hidden chocolatier in them and learn the nuances of making chocolate truffles and Fabelle’s As You Like It Chocolate Cups and decorate cookies at the masterclass.
From understanding the origins of cocoa to melting and tempering the chocolate, making one’s own chocolate to plating and serving the creations, this hour-long masterclass will address all the intricate facets of chocolate making.
Parents can also accompany their children to the masterclass being conducted at the chocolate boutiques and see their kids take part in the masterclass. At the end of the session, children will earn a certificate and a giveaway book which explains the art of chocolate making and stand to carry home the chocolate creations they have learnt and made in the masterclass.
