Experience the age-old Rivayat of Rampur as the aromatic dishes from the erstwhile royal kitchens of Rampur, an estate in the foothills of Northern India have come to Mumbai at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport. ‘Ummrao Mumbai’, brings to you an ultimate experience to relish the Nawabi taste of Rampuri dishes that are a must try for every Indian food lover.
Featuring a vibrant and eclectic menu that draws inspiration from the royal kitchens of Nawabs, Ummrao offers some of the finest dishes in town seeped in ‘Rivayat’ (tradition). Each and every aspect is ‘Nayaab’ (rare) and has been designed to perfection, be it the unique flavours or traditional cooking styles that lend dishes a unique and tantalising aroma.
This festival is led by our talented masterchef, Mukhtar Qureshi, who has designed a menu featuring the recipes that have been a part of royal epicurean history of Nawabs of Rampur.
February 15 to 28, February 2021, this festival will be hosted at Ummrao Mumbai. Few delicacies that will be served at the festival are Paneer Birbali, Salgam, Rajma ki gilavat, Desi Tandoori chooza, Kareli ka taar korma, Adraki kali and Gajar ka halwa. The menu is available on a la carte basis.
