Coastal fest underway at Asia Alive, at Bengaluru’s DoubleTree Suites

Asia Alive is celebrating coastal cuisine of India with some spicy, regional fare in an irresistible lavish dinner buffet spread, which will be on offer until August 25, 2019.

The menu includes Goan style King Fish Curry, Prawn Malai Curry, Prawn Balchao, Allapuzha Meen Curry, Bangude Gassi, Malvani Fish Curry, Chettinad Fish Fry, Chepala Pulusu and Vegetable Foogath. These can be eaten with naan or rice.

At the live counter, patrons can also choose the marination and method of cooking the fish, prawns or squids, which can either be grilled or deep-fried. The marination differ in taste, flavour and spice levels.

The dessert counter include fruit tarts, tiramisu cake, coconut barfi and creamy mousse, rasgullas and payasam.

It will be served between 7pm and 11pm, and priced at Rs 1,999 plus taxes per person.
