British chef Manek to host pop-up dinner at Kala Goda’s Pantry on July 13

The Pantry, at Kala Ghoda, will launch a pop-up dinner with Mira Manek, British celebrity chef of Indian heritage, on July 13, 2018. It will commence at 7pm, be a light five-course meal and be priced at Rs 750 plus taxes.
Inspired by her first cookbook, Saffon Soul, the dishes will comprise a host of seasonal elements and be perfect for the monsoon, which is underway.
They include Fennel and Chia Seed Smoothie, Tamarind and Quinoa Bhel, Vagharela Cauliflower Rice, Saffron Lime and Coconut Cheesecake and All Spice Chai.
