Bobde appointed new corporate executive chef at deGustibus Hospitality

Kedar M Bobde has been appointed the new corporate executive chef for all deGustibus Hospitality brands, including Indigo, Indigo Deli, Neel, D:OH! and Moveable Feast, in India. The food philosophy of the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Ahmedabad, alumnus stems from a childhood that was deeply entrenched in the love of food with fresh, seasonal produce presented in a non-complicated manner.
Upon his graduation, he went onto pursue a course on restaurant and kitchen hygiene from the Chartered Institute of London. With over 23 years of work experience, he has added several feathers to his cap working with renowned hospitality brands like The Leela, Jumeirah, Meridien, InterContinental, Radisson and Hyatt, and has been a part of the pre-opening team of Vu’s – Italian Fine Dining, Intercontinental Hotels at Emirates Tower.
Bobde, an avid motorcyclist and cycling enthusiast, has several accolades to his name, which include the Chef of the Year award with The Meridien and has been the certified lead auditor for ISO 22000. He spearheaded the makeover of M to 55 East at the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai, and has successfully led the team at Hyatt Regency, Mumbai, to win several medals in various culinary competitions all over India.
