Blue Mount Alkaline RO and UV Filter Advance, priced at Rs 17,490, was launched by actress Karisma Kapoor in New Delhi recently. It focused on the significance of unalloyed water for various benefits, such as skin and hair health, immunity and weight management, among others.

The contemporary lifestyle habits play havoc on our health, internally and externally. Unhealthy food habits, alcohol consumption, smoking, et al, lead to the building up of toxins and waste in our bodies.

The alkaline technology used in this product provides a pH level of 7.5, which improves cellular hydration that further helps in cleansing of harmful toxins, thus giving a healthy glow externally, alkaline water is a perfect substitute to the existing anti-ageing creams flooding the market, among the other benefits it offers.

“Inadequate water intake results in dull skin, wrinkles and prominent pores. Its quality also majorly defines the appearance, feel and health of our skin. Water purified by this alkaline technology helps in regaining and maintaining the thickness and skin density,” stated Kapoor.

Vishal Gupta, managing director, Blue Mount Appliances, also elaborated the need of pure and safe drinking water. He also stated that the product addresses various health problems, which explicates its rapid recognition in the market.

The event witnessed the actor sharing some concerns familiar to every mother. “There could be no better occasion to share this. Being a mother, I am always worried about the health of my children,” Kapoor said.

“Due to mild dehydration and lack of minerals in water, concentration in children can get affected. Alkaline water has these essential minerals which assist in overall health and helps your child to perform better in mental and physical activities,” she added.

The actress advised the expecting mothers to consume the water purified by this technology for the baby’s and mother’s health, and warned against the consumption of raw or impure water, which can cause many complications.

Prioritising the consumer needs, what exemplifies the product is the absence of hassles in it, present in most of the technologies.
