Bandra’s Kaitlyn’s Beer Garden to unveil veg, non-veg Blue Burn Burger

Bandra’s Kaitlyn’s Beer Garden will launch the Blue Bun Burger, which is naturally blue and made from butterfly pea flower, on August 18, 2018. It will be available in vegetarian and non-vegetarian variants between noon and 1:30pm.
While the vegetarian variant - named Bandra 50 - contains a vegetarian patty topped with house sauce and is priced at Rs 299, the non-vegetarian variant - named the Hangover Chicken Burger (also called the Sloppy Joe Burger) - is priced at Rs 349.
Siddharth Parab, head chef, Kaitlyn’s Beer Garden, said, “We did not only want to give the burger a different look, but we also wanted to have some fun with the way the food was presented, compared to the typical food found at bars.”
